Please share clear photos or an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll take it from there.

Once we review and approve it, we’ll repair or replace the product/component - whichever makes the most sense.

We get second thoughts - it happens.
But once an order is placed, changes or cancellations aren’t possible.

We understand that sometimes things don’t feel right.
But returns for change of mind aren’t part of our policy - each piece is thoughtfully made and handled with care from the start.

Yes, just a few simple ones:
The product should be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Once approved and received, replacements are processed within 30 days.

For any approved returns or exchanges, shipping costs are borne by you.

Items purchased during sales or with offers are not eligible for exchange.
